Olive Tapenade

Yield: 1 cup

1 cup pitted olives
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp parsley
3 sprigs thyme, leaves picked
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Pulse or blend mixture until it is well combined.
