1 cup cucumber, roughly chopped
5 tbsp tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
