1 half ripe avocado
2/3 tightly packed mint leaves
1/3 cup tightly packed cilantro leaves
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Combine until smooth.
