2.5 oz dark chocolate
6 oz silken tofu
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
