1 cup cilantro
1 small jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
juice and zest of 2 limes
2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp water
salt and pepper, to taste
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until you have a smooth mixture.
