2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
zest and juice of 1 orange
1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
1/3 cup tahini
salt and pepper
1/2 cup water
1.Whisk ingredients together in a bowl. Add water to thin to desired consistency.
