1 cup silken firm tofu
3 tbsp dill
3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp spicy mustard
water to thin
1. Add all ingredients except water to a blender and blend until well combined. Scrape down sides as needed. If having trouble blending, add water one tablespoon at a time until it has enough liquid to churn properly.
