Apple Cinnamon Cookies

Yield: 15

1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup apple, shredded
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger powder
pinch of sea salt

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together.
3. Drop by spoonful onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown on the bottom.
