Vietnamese Dipping Sauce

Yield: 1 cup

3 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup fish sauce

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup lime juice

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1-inch piece ginger, minced

1 red chilli, thinly sliced 

1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.
