Tahini Dill Dressing

Yield: 1/2 cup

3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 tbsp water, to thin

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add water to desired consistency.
