Top with 1/4 of four cheese mix and remaining 1/2 of the spinach. To finish, place a final layer of pasta, topped with another 1 cup of meat sauce to cover the pasta. Top with remaining mozzarella, four cheese mix, and Parmesan cheese. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
9. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil, and bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes. May need to broil at the end to allow cheese to brown. Serve hot.
