Yield: 3/4 cup
3 tbsp white miso paste
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic, grated
2 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Add water to get desired thickness.
