Balsamic Glaze

Yield: 1/2 cup

1 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
salt and pepper
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme

1. In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Reduce the liquid by half, about 15 minutes.
