Nut Butter Energy Balls

Yield: 20

1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup nut butter
1/2 cup Swerve
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Blend until mixture starts to form a ball.
3. Add the chocolate chips and pulse until there are small pieces of chocolate throughout.
4. Form into 20 balls and place onto prepared baking sheet.
5. Chill in the fridge until firm.
