Orange Ginger Stir Fry Sauce

Yield: 3/4 cup

1/2 cup coconut aminos
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 knob piece ginger, peeled and grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp chili flakes

1. Place all of the ingredients in a small pot. Stir to combine.
2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. 
3. Store in a jar, refrigerated, for up to 1 week.
