Soy-Free "Soy" Sauce

Yield: 1 cup

3/4 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup water
1 tbsp molasses
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
fresh ground pepper

1. In a medium pot, bring all ingredients to a boil. 
2. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for approximately 20 minutes until the liquid is reduced to one cup. 
3. Store in the fridge and shake well before using.
