Cashew Caesar Salad Dressing

Yield: 3/4 cup

1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 small garlic clove, finely minced
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 
2 tsp capers
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender, and blend on high until the dressing is smooth.
