Chimichurri

Yield: 1 cup

1 cup flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 shallot, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
1/4 cup olive oil 
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
