Tahini Ginger Sauce

Yield: 1 cup

3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp peeled and finely grated ginger
1 tsp pressed garlic
3 tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp tamari
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix on high speed until sauce is smooth.
