Spicy Green Beans

Yield: 2 servings

1 large bundle green beans
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp tamari
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tsp ginger, finely minced
1 tsp sriracha
optional: 2 tsp mirin

1. In a large pot, blanch green beans.
2. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
3. Toss green beans in sauce.
